Australia: Superior seeks national dealers for new SUP board

Superior Watersports is seeking expressions of interest from watersports/outdoors retailers to stock a new stand-up paddle (SUP) board developed by Gold Coast surfing identity Dave Verrall (aka Feral Dave).

Designed to handle a range of conditions, the SUP boards are robust, lightweight and suitable for the beginner to intermediate user.

The SUP board utilises two-shot rotational moulding technology to create a super-durable product. An internal foam wall dampens what would otherwise be a hollow sound in the board, at the same time increasing board strength.

Superior’s SUP board has an integrated handle in the centre (for balance when being carried), while a tie-down located at the front of the board allows loose items such as clothes, shoes and other large personal objects to be secured during use.

Available in two versions, the entry-level SUP board’s grip area is created during the rotational moulding manufacturing process, while the premium SUP has an adhered rubberised grip.

Entry-level SUP boards are available in three colours – red, orange and blue – and the premium version is available in pearl white, with grey camo grip. Both versions of the SUP board have a moulded insert for a leg tie (the premium version coming with a leash as standard) and a stainless steel fixing location for the rear fin.

Along with the new SUP board, Superior Watersports’ product range includes kayaks, PWC pontoons and other related products.
